License Holders will agree that their license is not transferrable.
Your customers will be purchasing personal use rights. It is also
agreed that these music tracks will not be given away, added to free
membership sites, or sold on auction sites such as ebay.
Resell
License Holders may split the package or combine it with other
products. You may also maintain the integrity of the package and sell
it as a whole entity. You may, or may not (your choice), in your
marketing state that these music tracks are created by Ginny Culp.
However all copyrights will remain with the copyright holder.
Video Producers for hire:
For
those who offer their services to produce videos for others, personal
use license is acceptable if your finished product does not include
distributing the music tracks as separate files to your clients.
